Using spotlit.lol

By using spotlit.lol, submitting a listing, or purchasing verified support, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for any product, profile, startup, or agency you submit.

What the service does

spotlit.lol provides a public discovery area and a paid leaderboard. Free listings stay separate and unranked. Paid placement is ordered by cumulative provider-verified support, subject to the published ranking rules.

Your submission

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit. You confirm that you may use the submitted name, URL, profile, description, and logo. You give spotlit.lol permission to fetch, store, resize, display, and link those public details for operating and promoting the leaderboard.

Payments and ranking

Dodo Payments hosts checkout. A return to the success page does not change rank by itself; only a payment verified by the provider can settle support. Placement previews are estimates because another payment may settle first. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise.

Refunds and reversals

Payments purchase leaderboard placement, not guaranteed traffic, sales, or results. Refunds are not automatic after placement is delivered, except where required by law or approved for a billing error. Refunded, disputed, or reversed support may be removed from the product total and change its rank.

Prohibited listings

Do not submit malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, illegal goods or services, stolen content, deceptive claims, unsupported adult content, or anything that infringes another person's rights. Do not automate submissions, evade limits, attack the service, or interfere with other listings.

Moderation

spotlit.lol may reject, hide, correct, or remove unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading listings. It may also suspend access when needed to protect the service, users, payment systems, or infrastructure.

Third-party services

Listings link to third-party websites and profiles that spotlit.lol does not control or endorse. Checkout, hosting, analytics, and database services are also operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or stop. To the extent permitted by law, spotlit.lol is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party content, ranking changes, or interruptions. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
